Clausify is an AI-powered contract analysis platform operated by Polsia. Our service helps individuals and businesses understand contract language, identify risks, and prepare for negotiations — faster than any human review.
By using Clausify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Not Legal Advice
Clausify provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using our service.
Our AI can miss issues, misinterpret clauses, or fail to account for jurisdiction-specific laws. Always consult a qualified attorney before signing, rejecting, or relying on any contract for binding decisions.
3. Service Plans
Clausify offers two tiers:
- Free: 3 contract reviews per account. No credit card required.
- Pro: $49/month. Unlimited contract reviews, deadline watchdog.
Subscription billing is handled securely through Stripe. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Your Contracts & Data
You are solely responsible for the contracts you upload. By submitting a document, you confirm that you have the right to share its contents with our service for analysis purposes.
Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data of third parties (e.g., social security numbers, financial account details) unless you have appropriate authorization.
We process uploaded contracts to generate analysis results. We do not sell your contract data to third parties. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Clausify for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute Clausify outputs without our written permission
- Upload malware, malicious code, or files designed to harm our infrastructure
- Use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent legal documents
6. Service Provided "As-Is"
Clausify is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analysis
- Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
- That analysis results are suitable for any particular purpose
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clausify and Polsia disclaim all liability for decisions made in reliance on our analysis.
7. Modifications & Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms — if we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Clausify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of Clausify shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protections afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
